The Global Fintech Festival 2024, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious fintech conferences, welcomed over 70,000 delegates over an action-packed three days. A landmark moment of the event was the keynote address delivered by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, setting an inspirational tone for the festival.
Videowaves was honored to be the sole Video Engineering partner for this monumental event. We seamlessly managed the visual production for two grand keynote halls, each accommodating over 2,000 attendees, and three breakout rooms, each with a capacity of more than 500 participants, all running concurrently.
Adding a dynamic flair, we also equipped the entrance archways with vibrant LED screens to display session schedules in real-time, ensuring smooth navigation and an engaging attendee experience.
Even the podiums went digital! By using P2.6mm 90-degree soft-edge LED cabinets, we brought the speaker podiums to life, transforming them into visually captivating elements that perfectly blended form and function.
Our team utilized an impressive 3,000 sq. ft. of LED screens, powered by cutting-edge technology to deliver a flawless visual experience. The Watchout media server (master + backup) formed the backbone of the visual delivery, while Pixelhue P20 Switchers ensured seamless transitions. To accommodate multiple live product launches featuring mobile devices and tablets, we employed an 8×8 HDMI matrix to capture and display content effortlessly.
